They have a little thing called "stop loss" that they can invoke at any time that disallows anyone to leave the military, even those that have enough time in service to retire. They can tell you exactly what you can and can't do to your body simply because you are bought and paid for by them while in service. They can also tell you what you can and can't eat and drink. |
Thanks, I didn't realize that. It sounds pretty horrible to me, and there's no way I could live with people telling me what I could and couldn't do to and with my own body.
