I don't have direct experience but I remember my French cousins telling that story of walking in the country side at night and a weird light orb came closer and closer to them then flew away very quickly (description matched the video)...and that would have been in the nineties.
My husband saw a UFO once, in Melbourne. It flew in a most peculiar way (going down vertically then horizontally then taking off vertically again...I'd have to ask him again but it's my recollection of what he had shared with me).(Oh and that's how my father in law got very interested in UFO stories).
