 here's how i'm seeing it...
i'm looking for exercises, meditations, which are self-centered, with the sole purpose of increasing MY individual power. i visualize a whirlpool or black hole. everything toward my center - money, power, it all comes to me. a deep, concentrated, focused flow spiraling inward. think of a whirlpool, too.
i'm doing the 30-day trial of the emotional mastery, looking for other exercises as well. |
