You should have a specific promise that you sell your readers.
Readers don't want to buy "ideas", they want to buy a solution. When writing your money-back guarantee you should describe the solution readers.
Maybe something like: "If after 120 days you don't improve your ability to change your longlasting habits that gave you problems I will give you your money back". Something like that.
I would also point out that,after your FAQ page,
Lula Morales Realty, Inc. is responsible for paying the refound which means they don't have to trust you for the refund.
I would think about video or audio testimonals if you can get them.
I would use another cover for your ebook. Yours doesn't draw enough attention.
