UK medium Betty Shine wrote a book called Mind to Mind about communicating with the living telepathically.
A friend and I discovered we had the ability to send and recieve clear messages to each other mind to mind. We had a lot of fun testing each other. We were also able to project ourselves astrally to where ever the other one was.
I discovered this ability one Boxing Day when he was playing golf with his family. I had wandered off in my mind and found myself wondering how the game was going. Next thing I knew I was standing under a tree watching and could hear the conversation between them as the teed off. He rung me all excited when he got home to say he'd seen this white lady standing under a tree while they were teeing off. He always saw me after that as the white lady when I visited him astrally, he looked the same when he visted me.When he visited me I looked like me.
I've never been able to figure that out.
One time after he'd moved away and I hadn't heard from him for awhile, I woke in the night with him shaking me, telling me I needed to get some water, I was burning up. I tried getting out of bed but could hardly stand up. He grabbed hold of me and supported me into the kitchen. After I'd drunk the water, the phone started ringing. He rung to tell me I was really sick and had to get to a docter. He said he'd been trying to call me but I didn't pick up. He'd been woken up by spirit telling him I was really sick and needed water.
Next thing he knew he standing by my bed with his hand on my head.
I'd had the flu and kept pushing myself through end of semester exams. The flu had turned to pneumonia.
