Their are a lot of people who haven't kept the "secret" of any given major conspiracy theory.
You couldn't distinguish between those conspiracy lovers and people who haven't kept a real secret.
In addition you can add enough false information so that nobody sees the real conspiracy information.
That said I don't belief that their actually was a conspiracy behind 9/11, but if there were we wouldn't it know either.
Their is simply enough false information out their to overshadow any real evidence.
