One of the things I didn't realize when I started experimenting with requesting MBO's was that it raised my vibrational level. My Guardian Angel (GA) Theo tells me in my "active meditations" (which I never thought I could do back then) was that requesting MBO's is the first, major step you can take to start co-creating with spirit--something we'll all be able to do in the fifth focus as it's called. He says you can read all the spiritual books and literature you wish, but until you start implementing you remain at just that level. He says requesting MBO's is the easiest way to achieve this.

And it's so simple, a lot of people don't believe it works, but IT WORKS! It is super fun to sit back and watch your GA bring the different parts together to bring your request to fruition. I've sat back and just laughed many times, as I was AWARE of what was taking place.
