I just wonder have anyone had any proof that their astral projections isnt just a VERY vivid and lucid dream?
I dont mean to be the skeptic here as Im a believer in things that I have either experienced or proven, and I havent experienced this(except a lucid dream but that was just a dream after a EMDR treatment where you enter REM sleep)
So I was wondering if anyone has had a astral dream where you maybe gone somewhere uve never been before and observed the place and then actually went there to see if it is real?
Just seems if astral projection was real and everyone could do it it would be the most participated phenamenon in the world.
Everyone would fly around, watch hot girls in the shower, travel to different countries all the time.
Most would probably only live in the astral body and just eat in the real physical body:P
