That was awesome, and so was the first episode! I remember a (long) while ago three spirit guides were talking to me (definitely channeling, it was not a dream, no images or anything) BUT I told them "yes yes I'll remember, let me sleep now" and in the morning I remembered...nothing of the conversation
. (Quite disappointed in myself with that one). I know this is more relevant to your first episode but I did not find in which thread it is?
How can I "invite" my guides when it is convenient to me (I know that sounds selfish but young children and being busy)? It seems when I try nothing happened and when I don't: SURPRISE! And how can I make it last longer? Last time i met a spirit guide I think i got so excited I snapped off the alpha state... Sorry that's a lot of questions. If anyone else has answers please do post
