everything happens for a reason. we pass through the thresholds that we must. the less sense it makes, the more intuitive you are.
I think the thing about the symbols or anchors was that my father always said the key was not to lose your self. Like, the mind that wanders around the corner is unwise. I can be good to have these symbols at first because too much too soon can literally crack open the pineal and then conscious control of the passage between levels of awareness is lost.
All the roads lead to the same end. Some like the direct route. Others like to tire themselves by going in circles for a bit, there's no way better than the other though. Insights are gained, in the circling, too.
