30-day trials I've tried or am trying:
#1- Frequent exercising (ie: very short 5-10 minute sessions) multiple times a day. Result: Success! I've stuck with this and I'm loving it. Great gains, and it's way more fun and motivating.
#2- Waking up at 6:00 am to study. Results: stopped this one after 2 months. I actually enjoyed the process. It was fun and effective. However it took it's toll on late night partying and wasn't a viable college option.
#3-Paleo diet-Trying this right now. Have done 10 days and I'm loving it. I think I'm going to keep this one for life. So much easier than I thought it'd be.
