Well, my first real go at this has been becoming a vegetarian (fixing a lot of diet) and no caffeine.
On day 14 I grabbed the door for a schoolmate who was locked out and he gave me a piece of pizza with sausage on it. I ate it. It was delicious. The next day: explosions
Haven't thought about it since. I do miss chicken and meat on sandwiches. I cut all dairy except cheese occasionally, all meat except fish (protein). No carbonated drinks at all. No treats.
I lost 2 belt sizes in the first 2 weeks (and I'm thin as it is, 175 at 6'0'' with wide shoulders). I feel fantastic.
