Gordon, please give me a moment.... I would like to suggest to you a couple of things about your intention, if you're open to it:
how about transforming "trying" to "I am now creating...." or another phrasing that creates the possibility for you in the here and now, with no waffling (plus, somebody's gonna go all Yoda on you about "do or not do, there is no try" -- ugh!

)
The other thing you might want to transform is the three intentions that include negative focus. For instance, rather than having your darling beloved "stop complaining", how about holding the intention of her being satisfied, fulfilled, overflowing with gratitude? Likewise, instead of focusing on the "destructive" nature of your families, why not focus on an intention of a loving and joyful family? Finally, your weight: it
is normal, because it is what it is. Do you think it might be more inspiring for you to create an intention of being vital and spry? perhaps even adding a number to it: "a vital and spry 185 pounds or better." Don't judge yourself, inspire yourself!
Just my thoughts. Please pardon me for butting in.
Lots of love,
Angela
