First take a look at all the focus you put on yourself, your looks, your voice, how you appear to others.
Now, move your focus! Who are all these other people? What are they doing, thinking, being, achieving, and caring about? Ask questions (not questions about you; questions about them!).
Put your candlelight together with the light of others, and spontaneously combust!
