Funny how we as a whole are quick to stand together during times of hardship and trouble... despair and sadness... all when those events happen "to us."
But we never open our arms completely to those who do the hurting. We immediately turn into "us vs. them". We want freedom and world peace---

We don't want war... but then send "our children" over to die... or kill someone else's "children."

My point is, until we collectively realize that it takes a "hindsight is 20/20" view... until we understand metaphysics and that beyond our human eyes (or maybe I should say "eye") lies a whole universe we've yet to discover totally, everything will remain as it is. |
