PM experiment, Day 15
From the start of the experiment, I have been eating an insane amount of food. This is what I had today:
Breakfast: 2 eggs, sausages, a bowl of fruits (grapes, watermelon, apples and pear) , 125 gram of yogurt and a bowl of cereal.
Lunch: A plate full of chicken fingers with fried veggie, with a bowl of fruits, and 125 gram of yogurt.
Dinner: A plate full of sausages with fried veggie, then another plate full of pasta. A bowl of fruits and 125 gram of yogurt.
(That's 375 grams of Yogurt a day ... heh) I don't eat deserts ought.
One thing I noticed is that since last year, I probably cut my junk food consumption by 95 percent. Nowadays I'll have a small bag of chips once in a while.
. Except on the weekends, when I like my bag of Hickey Sticks (best potatoes chips ever!)
I went to the gym and ran on the tread mill, running at 4.5 miles/hr with 14.0 incline setting. That's almost like running vertically. Yeah, it's part of the ninja training. Did it for 15 minutes before collapsing, err, getting off the thread mill, then did some hardcore stretching for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Stretching is my favorite exercise, because I like the feeling of the muscles tearing when I'm exerting just a little over the comfort zone (and no, I never pulled a muscle or injured myself from doing hardcore stretching)
Also learned Japanese and stuff, a Japanese girl said my accent is almost flawless
All in all, I'm half way through this experiment! 15 days more to go, I think I shall beat myself the last 7 days and do really really high intensity training.
We'll see.
