I've got seven, with target dates for each:

January 15, 2011: Unplug from all "web 2.0" (or whatever they're calling it), such as Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn.
January 31, 2011: First SBI website up and running.
June 30, 2011: Second SBI website up and running.
October 31, 2011: First draft of first novel completed.
December 31, 2011: Lose 50 lbs. I cheated by starting on this two weeks early.
December 31, 2011: 20% reduction in debt.
December 31, 2011: be a father, or at least have a very pregnant wife.

I've got some pretty specific plans for achieving all of these, which I won't go into here (okay, you can pretty much guess how #7 is gonna happen). But you know what I mean.
