Thanks for all the replies.
Unfortunately I have not been meditating daily. It is somewhat difficult for me to do so since I do not live alone, I share a room with someone and it is difficult to find a quiet private place for myself.
I have tried a couple of the techniques you guys have mentioned, but I think because I am not trying this daily I am not putting as much focus on it as I could be. We'll see. Thanks again for all the input!
