Thankfully I only experienced the headache on the first day, but yes I will be more deliberate about drinking more water throughout the day. Yesterday and today (day 5) I felt great. I started adding the powder into my smoothie yesterday as to only mixing into water. Tomorrow is when I start taking four capsules and a full scoop of the powder. If I have trouble with that amount, I will drop the quantity to 3/4 as you suggested!
