1. Relationships - I will connect with friends, family, my wife on a deeper level and new friends will come into my life. So far, being authentic has been tremendous in this respect.
2. Health - I will continue my exercise routine (Tues, Thurs, Sat, Sun - 40 mins) and eat healthy.
3. Challenges - I will finish what I start and do what I say I will do. Currently, I have a long history of intending something and backing out at the last minute or simply not finishing.
I guess I'll call that my focus. A couple of specific goals that are important to me:
Relationships
-attend at least three Big Brothers, Big Sisters social events
-keep in touch with my friends (e-mail, phone call, meet for lunch)
Challenges
-go through the Master Practitioner NLP course
-learn to canoe
-learn to dance
-practice singing daily
That's all I've got for now
