I have learned to hold my head up with the grace of a woman
and not the grief of a child. I have learned poise.

I know that i'm garanteed to love again and most likely garanteed to break my heart again.
I have learned to not let sorrow linger, yet love it as a growing process.

I have learned the understanding of conscious love.
As we love people how they need to be loved and not how we need to be loved.

i have learned a friend understands your laughter,
and a great friend understands your silence.

I have learned to speak blessings over my children,
if i don't tell them who they are, some one else will.
speak blessings over your children, they are so beautiful,
they are our legacy.

i have learned so much and am looking forward to each days experiences,
cause when i get up in the morning i think i just know it! something exciting is gonna happen.
I live with great expectation and anticipation for groovey things to happen.

I am so grateful to be a trusted steward of blessings.
for all i have recieved and all that is yet to come.
i am so very greatful for my healing.
physically, mentally, spiritually, intellectually.
