PM experiment, day 9
Worked on chest, arms, back and shoulders muscle today, didn't do much cardio because my legs are really sore from Sunday's paintball session.
Ate a lot, until I'm bloated. Not sure where all the food goes to.
I'm not sure about meditating at 3 in the morning anymore, it seems kinda useless. Meditating just before sleeping or in the morning seems optimum.
Didn't learn much Japanese today, it must be one of those lazy days, but I did read "The 4 hours work week", by Timothy Ferriss. Recommend that book to everyone.
This experiment is wearing me out, but must push on!
