Time (an illusion) is required for growth (another illusion) the whole purpose of reality (yet another, although very convincing illusion) is to have a rich full experience. Imagine you're god and you're bored, so you make a world, set limitations to make it interesting, challenging and then create things like time, thoughts and emotions (which are all creations to enhance the illusion) to enjoy the experience.
Consciousness (some will say God, Universe, collective consciousness) creates all of this to do the whole physical thing. Time is interesting from a IM POV, because there is no past or future, you can't create anything there, so you can only create in the moment, the only place that exists.
If we take this one step further, then you create everything in the moment including money, love, every physical thing and then also create the illusion of time to justify the size of the manifestation.
Relationships, money, everything, will take the exact amount of time you require to experience growth related to that manifestation.
We can understand time better and the amount required to achieve things if we understand
why we need to grow and what level of growth is required. We can learn to bypass growth and fast track manifestations if we analyse our growth requirements.
Time is noodle baking stuff,

but it's a creation for growth just like everything else.
Enjoy!
