That depends on what your belief is regarding reincarnation. Myself, I think that if reincarnation exists, then it is instantaneous. The energy that makes up your identity immediately seeks a new host upon death.

If that's the case, then Hitler is already among us. Assuming, of course, he was able to find a new body in the flood of dislocated souls produced by World War II.
