I have never heard of a dream guide, either, but I am very curious now. You just reminded me of a time a couple of years ago that I had sleep paralysis and began to develop a VERY panicked state ( I was staying a friend's house). Then, someone lifted me up and seemed to walk somewhere, and then put me back down again. It didnt feel threatening, and I wasnt really scared of that, more just wondering what was going on. When I could finally move again, I opened my eyes and my friend's 2 cats, who never really came around me were just sitting there eyeing me, which I thought was really weird. Wonder if that was a dream guide??
