LLL, I understand your post, and certainly take no offense.

I left Facebook in order to not be exposed to a lot of ca-ca I don't want in my mind OR life. While there may be merits to Facebook, ANY hook needs bait or you don't catch fish.

As a veteran 9/11 Truther, I'm not concerned about being in the cross-hairs. I'm more interested in monitoring what goes into my brain. Facebook foists a lot of unwanted mental trash, regardless if you block it or not. Some of us are becoming very sensitive to very subtle suggestions and conditioning processes, and we simply have to look away from them. Facebook is not going to improve, and in fact, will become more deliberately mindless. As this process furthers desensitivity, it is unlikely most will notice the subtle change.

I, too, re-united with several persons I had not contacted in many years. And exchanging "LOL"s isn't much of an improvement. I offered them my e-mail address, and had only one taker.

The superficial nature of the site is enough to make Sensitives leave. So we did.
