This is a very sad story... and my heart goes out to you... but I have to say that so long as you see yourself as the victim... there will not be much that you can do about your situation... a victim gets to shed all responsibilities for whatever happens to them... but that is all it does...
There is obviously no easy solution for all your problems... but, the very first step should be to own up to your responsibilities and stop seeing yourself as the helpless victim...
