The difference is that your example isn't realistic. If all these people are at the same level (reason probably), then A and B would have higher quality articles (greater energy flow), and consequently more traffic.

If the C is even able to match the flow/quality/traffic of the other two, he will have put in at least three times the effort. He would be exhausted, while A and B would have energy left to enjoy life, or write another blog post.

Your blog is an interesting example of C: You write about aging without useless youth in bottle, yet your adds display anti-aging cream. To increase your traffic, you either have to remove these adds and walk your talk, or change your attitude towards marketing. Good luck!
