We need to have our yard paved, my husband was going to pave it and had the front yard dug out then we ran out of money. So for the last few years we've had a hole that fills up when it rains. I always wanted a waterfront property but when the water is lapping at the foundations it's a bit much
. He wanted to use pavers which I didn't want done, which probably why it hasn't been completed - I manifested it not to be done. I've finally convinced him to concrete it (cars will be driving and parked on it so concrete is more stable than pavers for that), so we were going to look around at the costs involved. We wished we knew someone who could do it cheap. I decided to stop lamenting over it and to start picturing it as I want it.
A couple of weeks ago I was talking to my cousin whom I hadn't seen in years, he spent most of his time in Africa, importing cars. I was telling him how much I liked the concrete at his sister's house and how we are looking to have it done at ours when we can afford it. He told me that he was now in the concrete business and would love to help us out when we are ready, he said it will be rockbottom rates!! WHOO HOO! Now I just need to manifest the funds.
