Steve has some great articles on overcoming procrastination here, read them, they're great.
As far as the job, don't quit until you have exhausted every possible avenue available in the place to learn new skills from the other people there.
In job motivation... be the best that you can be and all that. I set myself targets such as task turnaround time or response time, preparation for known upcoming tasks and so on, I am constantly measuring myself against my past performance. Keeps me going hard at it.
