I have confusion around two principle - Courage and Authority.

I believe I am good at Courage but lacking on Authority.

I have also observed that by being more and more courageous, I am reducing my level of authority.

Have any one observe this ? Whats your viewpoint here ?

What do you think is basic diffrence between courage and authority?
Is it that courage comes from heart and authority comes from mind?
