Great answers, I was wondering then as sometimes negative programming can potentially sabotage our best programing intentions, what is your opinion of the effectiveness if using subliminal mp3s etc. providing the manufacture is ethical, using the best possible equipment and like, where the theory is that by using subliminal programming this bypasses the critical factor of our limiting thoughts which can stand in the way of the new programming we are wanting to implement to bring about our desires. Of course visualising and feeling our desire while listening to subliminal messages that we can't consciously hear would enhance the manifesting process.
