I don't think every great leader was born with every trait mentioned here. In fact, many great leaders lack certain things, and they could vastly improve in other areas.
For example:
Bill Gates is not a good looking man. In fact, if you go up and down the Forbes 500 list, I don't think you would find many CEOs that can be classified as good looking men or beautiful women.
