Where you type in the message there is a little yellow icon with a mountain, you click on that and then paste in the url address. Basically you need to upload your photos to an external site like, Welcome to Flickr - Photo Sharing or ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting and use the URL for where the photo is hosted.
