Default Important info re: Neti wash...

Not trying to nit-pick but I think it's important to add some info. to your Neti wash experience.

FYI - You can find sea salt on the cheap at WholeFoods in the bulk section.

Also, the temperature of the water will greatly affect the effectiveness of the Neti wash. Too cold and you nasal passages close up. Too hot and they get scalded. A good rule is to run the water over the back of your hand. If it feels comfortable, then you're in the right range.
