Yes, congratulations! I haven't yet given up TV totally, but the coffee is gone, and most caffeine excepting the occasional caffeinated tea. I found the most difficult aspect was accepting that nothing else is coffee... sometimes I would just crave that taste (and caffeine rush!), and I finally had to accept that I was choosing to not experience that any more. Sometimes I'd listen to the craving, have a cuppa, then regret it the next day when I craved it even more strongly, so I don't give in any longer.
