I'll join you, and i hope i do better than in May.

- Wake up no later than 9 a.m.
- work on my procrastination, make a decent schedule and stick to it
- decrease my junk food intake to one day a week
- exercise daily, this doesn't have to be more than 15 minutes, but i have to make it a routine
- try to think more positive
