I exercise first thing. Brisk walking for an hour, or a step aerobics routine or weight-lifting. On Saturdays and Sundays, I ride my bike 15 miles.
Some days I travel, some days I work at home. I start with the number one item on my list, whatever the day is like, and don't stop until all the items are struck through

Since my routine varies greatly, I live by my list.
Some days I give myself treats, such as a leisurely breakfast out with the newspaper or lunch with a friend.
