Believe me, they are pleased and I'll tell you why. Everyone has the ability to tune in to their guides and higher self and angels, etc. Most people just don't have the "radio" turned on. Imagine your guides sitting around a conference table every week trying to knock some sense into you and you're not even tuned in.
All their emails get bounced back as "undeliverable", or, god help you, "mailbox full."
One of my guides is specifically in charge of tracking down these hapless miscreants and nudging them into finding me so they can get a reading and unclog their spiritual inbox. Once the flow gets going again, it's all good.
