The problem is that even if someone would possess "psychokinesis" this does not seems to be "paranormal" or 'supernatural' ...
(unless if it is in the "Super" scale)

Even for the individuals tested under controlled situations , the verification of a cerebral activity of around 10x more than 'normal' is not beyond the expectation. In fact most things still are in the "Bell Curve" of probabilities.
Even 2-3 Sigma is not that hard to find ... 3.5 is still considered possible under scientific means.

Projection effect.

Another classic is that some "anomalous" effects were reproduced into individuals with epilepsy. A electrical stimulation would reproduce the same effect into some persons!
