Thanks for your info,

i personally have been on and off for years and has always been an interest of mine but only now have i put a decent effort into changing it all and putting what i have learnt into practice.

I started about 12 months ago at 114kg and way out of shape (ill show photo's) and the way i see it it took me over 5 years to get that bad and i dont want to devote every waking second to body building as i still want to "enjoy" life.

I was lucky enough to meet leo (my now personal trainer) in feb of this year and he has given me invaluable tools and info into training, diet, flexibility, mobility, core strength and an open mind to training. Now with his guidance and my efforts i hope to reach the goals i have set for the year and be even more proud than i already am, i relise i have a long way to go but i am pumped and ready to strive day after day.

My training ranges from high intensity to high volume to metabolic to cardio and general strength training so there is no shortage of "body shocking" changes to routine.

I was measured from the start in a few ways, firstly photo's to include a look on posture, overall look (not good), muscle content and as a future reference, secondly Skin fold test (pinch test) on 7 points or so, Thirdly, tape measured on at least 10 points bi's, neck, shoulders etc. Each of these are refreshed monthly and recorded in detail and of course body weight.

At the 6 month mark as in the end of june i will post up some specs on what i started lifing to what i am now and my over all improvments in all aspects of this Will warrior adventure, i would also like to say a massive thanks to John for the inspiration and motovation that helped kick me off and also to Leo thanks brother for pushing me each and every time KEEP IT UP!!!.

Cheers Grim
