Hello taitouwah...
Different people have different sleeping needs... (there are no determined rules on individual sleeping needs) and, from what you tell us... you are only sleeping seven hours a night... that could simply not be enough for you...
I would suggest that you try sleeping at least eight hours a night for a few weeks and see what happens... you have nothing to lose... what is the good of being awake if you can't do anything good for most of that time...
