Yes it is. You can save the html file to your own computer. If you want to read (or change) the affirmations, do the following while the program is running in Internet Explorer...
- Right-click in the browser
- Choose "View Source" (this will open it as a text file)
- Read affirmations (or change affirmations to suit your own purposes)
- Save as an html file to the destination of your choice on your computer
