I don't know if this is the case with your friend of course, and you said she doesn't explore the psychic realms, so it may not be the case, and she may have just had mild depression or something? I'm sure it has happened to quite a few people, from a century ago to the current times we live in, though I would have thought things would have gotten better by now!

Do you mean this psychiatric hospital by a 'ward'? But Sveta was taken to the hospital because her mother thought that she was crazy after Sveta had told her about 'being watched',about voices and the stuff. So, this was the reason, and not a depression , she didn't have a depression.
