Good luck!! First of all though, what's the point of getting up at 4:00 am? I mean, seems like your brain is going to be doing a huge amount of transitions and will be burning though lots of energy, better make sure you get enough sleep, like 8 hours.
Right now, because I can, I wake up at noon and go to bed at 4:00 am... if you are not going to be distracted, and the daylight does not matter much, then what's the point of just randomly shifting your waking hours? I am not saying that waking up at noon is a good thing, but I'm just saying 4:00am just seems like an unreasonable time if it is an arbitrary decision, unless you are just going to see how much torture you can handle, which I guess its good to know your limits and push them further.
And when you are trying to get up at 4:00 am, do this mental exercise:
"If I get up a 4:00 am then I will be able to start my day, If I start my day then I can do those other activities. If I do those other activities then I will be more disciplined. If I am more discipled then I will be able to be successful"... ect... until you've reached your sentence that is your life purpose in your own words.
Also make sure you have enough fun... as in focusing on people. It's an additive process I've discovered and have backed up with experience several times now, and it will keep you from getting burnt out, and its practically burnt/made mandatory by your brain that you are with other people. See what I mean by here:
My figure out the feelings inside my brain/body thread
So I'd do like an hour a day just walking around at the mall and doing people watching... just so that you don't start to feel bad because of that, unless you've already got plenty of other social stimulation to handle that.
If you are motivated, there is no need for willpower, you'll just want to do it.
And you have motivation by keeping the reason for doing all those things in your mind constantly.
I have a feeling that you knew all of this already, but I want to see you succeed as much as you do so I just wanted to point some of those things out.

- Go to the gym three times a day, doing high intensity calisthenic exercises, including Ninja-like exercise. Hardcore running. Do shadow fighting and harden my fists, shins and elbows on the punching bag.

Dude don't kill your body. It requires recovery time to build up after being destroyed from workout. Do some research first, don't be stupid... but I guess since you will be doing different exercises the three different times then perhaps you'll avoid burnout... maybe...

Double the amount of what I eat and get more muscle mass.

If you workout nonstop like you make it seem, without a day in between for rest you will lose muscle mass.
Take a look at this article
"Here are a few comparative shots. Oh, and I forgot to mention, all of this was done with two 30-minute workouts per week, for a total of 4 HOURS of gym time:"
"From Geek to Freak: How I Gained 34 lbs. of Muscle in 4 Weeks"
You have to decide if you believe his results, I've not tried it myself.
I guess what I'm getting at is the whole stupid concept of the workaholic. People think that they just need to work harder and faster, but its more of the case that you need to work more intelligently and more efficiently and better relaxed to get better results than overworking and killing your mind and body.
I have a feeling that doing all these changes at once will make you feel stressed out and that you might survive a say or two, and then you'll miss a day, try again, do another good 2 days or so, and then give up on it...
Don't want to discourage you, but you've got to be smart about things. Well you know what's coming so good luck.
And its awesome that you are going to do this. I think the reason that I'm writing this is because I recognize that I need more discipline myself.
Good job for having the motivation and the courage to take on the challenge and not feeling afraid of what other people would think.
