The LoA is actually the law of creation. You use it 24/7 and it can't be turned off ever, it's not a happy drug or something you can use to get stuff only when you want good stuff, you're using it always, the good, the bad, the ugly, it's all of your creation.
You do create some pretty crappy stuff, but that's because as a growth experience you can only ever appreciate the good stuff because you know what bad stuff is like. How could you know love without knowing hate, wealth without poor.
Once you understand that, then you can start to create the life you want. Say to yourself "I create this now, I create this life, this tree, this love, this money, this body" take full responsibility for everything and you'll truly see how powerful you are.
If you don't accept responsibility then you will be a victim of life and circumstance always wondering "why does this stuff happen to me" You can't have the LoA or the LoC just when it suits you, it's not a magic bean you can use, it's 24/7.
Accept the challenge, accept the power, understand how and why it works and use it to your full advantage.
