Yep, basically, the concept would be that you could enter your healthy foods (or junk foods) and the program would let you know how much of each you could eat to meet your daily requirements, and therefore hit your weight loss/gain goals.
I will definitely let you folks know when it's available.
That is if I make it... Not sure if it would receive a positive response from the public.
Do you folks really think it would be useful?
Do you currently have frustration with trying to figure out how much of which foods to eat every day?
Does the concept of counting calories turn you off?
Would you rather a computer figure out all of the diet stuff for you and still be able to eat the foods you want to eat?
