Hey, Jes, can't say that I have. I do a little recreational, but not anywhere near everyday. I know when my ex was trying to quit (a several times a day smoker of mostly really good stuff) he had headaches. He sees it as necessary to cope with daily life. He was more anxious without it, or maybe he just expected to be. I can't be sure. After a couple of weeks (during which he also started working out and drinking more water) he seemed to be clear of the headaches, but he ended up going back anyway. He also gave up some really hard stuff (coke, meth) previously and of course he said this was nothing compared to withdrawl from those. I think you would be okay.

Why do you want to quit?
