And you should get rid of the subdirectory you put the wordpress folder in. Make the url be "http://www.toptenlisted.com/wordpress/" or just "http://www.toptenlisted.com/" when/if you decide to convert the rest of your site to wordpress.
To edit wordpress, you'll need to know some php and html. You'll probably need css too and maybe javascript depending on what you're trying to do... If you're trying to do something complicated, you'll need sql.
...Unless you can find a plugin.

Thanks, Yeah it was down for a brief time because I was using FTP on everything, pages, etc. its back up now.
Right now my biggest concern is what you mentioned, trying to figure out how to edit the URL's and delete the "wordpress" folders in the pathname (Or at least hide it somehow).
PS I know it has something to do with the .htaccess file, I'm just unsure of the code
