Im sorry, bur if you didnt get anything but the "just friends" so far, i dont think anything else will happen. But of course i cant judge the situation based in so little information so my answer is obviously not definite.
Now, for the past 2 years you have been hitting on this one girl only? A girl that lives in another country which you've met only for approximately 10 times and with which you had no intimacy with? Not even a kiss? How is there going to be a relationship between you two if there's no sexual interest of her part?
Sorry man but i think you should go out and start dating other girls. Dont tell me youre in love with this one only. This girl doesnt seem interested in you sexually. Get over it, just say "next" and keep the line going

By the way, look out the net for some pickup artists' advices. I like Mystery Method and Real Social Dynamics. (Even though those 2 have great ideas and concepts that can be used, i dont like some of them, but thats personal, choose those you like and as for those that dont "match" you, ignore it.)
I suggest you read the ebook called "How to Become an Alpha Male" by John Alexander. Its a great one and explains the dynamics of attraction and dating very well.
